NM-RMBR-1530 Membrane Element Specification

Application
MBR NM-MBR-1530 is widely used for industrial and sewage wastewater treatment, it’s ideal for capacity above 300m3/day.
Reduced footprint, usually 30-50% smaller than an equivalent conventional active sludge facility with secondary clarifiers and media tertiary filtration.
The process also produces exceptional effluent quality capable of meeting the most stringent water quality requirements, a modular schematic that allows for ease of expansion and configuration flexibility, a robust and reliable operation, and reduced downstream disinfection requirements.
The advantages of MBR in wastewater plant:
The Benifits of MBR Technology:
* System operates at a low pressure
* Removes bacteria and viruses
* Keeps essential minerals in water
* Installs quickly and easily
* Does not generate waste water
* An ultrafiltration system is eco-friendly. Ultrafiltration has a 90-95% recovery rate and can be used to treat wastewater for reuse. Using a home ultrafiltration water system benefits the environment by reducing the amount of plastic water bottles discarded in landfills.
Package
This MBR Element will be packaged in container or plywood case.

MBR Technology for Wastewater Reclamation and Treatment
In the MBR procedure, the system combines the activated sludge treatment with the membrane of the liquid-solid separation procedure. The membrane component uses low-pressure microfiltration & ultra-filtration membranes & eliminates the requirement for clarification & tertiary filtration. We offer the top quality MBR membrane that can be physically installed in the bioreactor tank or a separate tank. For most of the procedures submerging membranes in a bioreactor tank proves to offer the most efficient & cost-effective solution.
Our MBR membrane is used in the MBR process have very small pore sizes that are ranging from 0.04 – 0.4 microns. Almost complete separation of the suspended solids from mixed liquor can be achieved. It is the fact, along with the basic design results in dramatic reductions in the contaminants. The MBR process combines triggered sludge treatment with the membrane for liquid-solid separation. When MBR can attain almost complete separation of the suspended solids & dramatic reduction in the contaminants, it is prone to membrane fouling. Luckily, the recent advent of PTFE membranes & improved system designs has minimized need for membrane maintenance to prevent fouling.
Still, MBR is not without its drawbacks, the largest of which is membrane fouling-no surprise given the operating conditions to which the membranes are exposed. Fouling gradually reduces process efficiency causing cross-membrane pressures to increase or permeate flows to decrease depending whether the process is operated under constant pressure or constant flux conditions respectively. While automated cleaning regimens minimize the impact of membrane fouling, the cleaning and replacement must still be analyzed and factored into the overall analysis of MBR viability for any project.
