Containerized MBR System are designed for sewage treatment, and industrial wastewater treatment for different application such as for industry (food industry) or hotel, for remote communities without access to a municipal sewage system, but also to improve existing treatment plants.

How It Works: Core Components and Process

The system consists of the following process components:

  1. Screen – removal of plastics, rags, and coarse material
  2. Balance Tank – buffers peak flows for consistent performance
  3. Rapid Smart MBR Biological Treatment – Three distinct smart zones;
  4. Anaerobic tank– Denitrification and Anerobic biological treatment
  5. Aerobic Zone – Oxidation of organics using blower-fed aeration grids.
  6. MBR tank – Solid-liquid separation via submerged hollow fibers MBR membranes.
  7. Disinfection – sterilisation of bacteria, pathogens, viruses and coliforms via the use of UV and Chlorination
  8. Sludge Management (optional)
